The woman who first shared her love of history, culture & travel, (and gave me courage to tackle the world alone,) was my mother.  But since our first trip, when I was 11, to now, as I trot all over the globe - I've found many additional fonts of wisdom that continue to inspire me to seek out fascinating new places, people & stories.
