Time-Zones of Oceania

There are 10 Geographical Zones in Oceania,   with  2 overlapping time zones
 crossing the International Date Line (IDL)

Half are in the Western Hemisphere;  UTC-8 t0 UTC-12              
half in the
Eastern Hemisphere,   plus the 2 overlaps;        
UTC+8 to UTC+14, (geographically in the west)

               plus  5 fractional pocket zones  UTC+8 3/4, UTC+9 1/2 & UTC+10 1/2  (Australia)
                                                                UTC+10 1/2 in New Zealand & UTC-9 1/2  (French Polynesia)

 New Zealand and French Polynesia both have 1 main Zone,  plus 1 tiny fractional zone each
  All other countries have 1 zone each                      

 There are 3 main Zones in Australia,  plus 2 tiny specialized zones
