PIE; Proto Indo-European Language

- mother tongue to which all Indo/Euro languages traces

Estimated to be spoken ~4500 - 2500 BC, likely in the Eurasion Steppes north of the Black Sea.

No direct records exist; it's roots have been reconstructed using cognate🔍 words from the

oldest existing Indo-European languages.

Also: (a) PI - Greek letter π = Roman P, (from Phoenician = little mouth) c.1841 abbreviation of Greek periphereia = periphery used as the mathematical constant for ratio of circumference to diameter of a circle (coincidently the shape of...)
        (b) the best form of pastry  🥧 (including pot-pie) - originally meat stuffed, with fruits common after the 16th c.; connotation of a medley [many ingredients together] thus giving it an unrelated, but satisfying parallel to PIE above, the in sense of it being a medley of all IE languages that came after it. All of which leads down a fascinating Pie🔍  filled  🐇 Rabbit Hole🔍 ....
